Last week, Luther Manor hosted a heartfelt event titled Strong Women—a celebration of resilience, community, and the power of women who inspire. The gathering brought together supporters, residents, and friends to raise funds for an important project: refreshing The Salon at The Terrace.

Throughout the event, attendees heard powerful stories of Luther Manor residents who have faced and overcome significant challenges in their lives.

The program also featured a moving and humorous keynote address  by Emmy Award winner John McGivern of PBS's Main Streets. John shared personal stories of three strong women who deeply influenced his life. His heartfelt tribute brought both laughter and reflection to the room.
