11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Cost Control Jeoparody Game and New Spend Management Toolkit

12:30-2 p.m.: IDDSI Resources and Product Testing

Objectives:

• Apply critical thinking and teamwork to solve food safety challenges under time constraints.
• Identify key drivers of food cost, waste, and operational efficiency within their dining program.
• Identify resources and specialized products to consistency serve IDDSI diet textures.

CEUs:

This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 3.5 participant hours by NAB/NCERS for Nursing Home Administrators.We are working to have CEUs available to Registered Dieticians and Certified Dietary Managers at this meeting.
